Out of the 235 documentaries, PSAs and short films, we have narrowed down the pool to the 33 very best films to show you on July 29 through July 31. Passes are now available and single-day tickets will go on sale tomorrow. We look forward to seeing you at the festival.
Thursday, July 29
Pisco Sin Fronteras (10 min)
After an 8.0 Earthquake destroyed 80% of Pisco, Peru, a group of resourceful travelers designed a disaster reconstruction project to rebuild the community.
It's Our Time (5 min)
This piece is from the American Association for Cancer Research and works to promote an annual conference hosted by AACR.
Make Your Voice Heard (2 min)
Institute for Democratic Education in America submitted this PSA to show that there is a different way to educate children than our traditional system.
The Campus (5 min)
The Fellowship of Christian Athletes uses team sports to see the world impacted by Jesus Christ. This video demonstrates that mission.

This PSA, from Transform, aims to make the Bay Area's public transportation system a better option.
Gloria's Story (3 min)
A short documentary, by Farm Sanctuary, presents one example of the work the organization does to rescue abused farm animals.
A`ynan (11 min)
This film highlights the issue of individual freedom of women in the Middle East through one woman's decision to not wear her head scarf.
Richard Lopez: Achiever of the Year (4 min)
This is a short film that demonstrates Goodwill Industries of Central Texas' ability to help individuals turn their lives around.
Enriching Lives of Children and Families (10 min)
This film comes from the Queens Library Foundation and shows the reasons why the Queens Library is so important to the community.

EcoViva & Their Environmental Programs (6 min)
This film demonstrates the breadth of EcoViva's environmental protection programs in El Salvador.
Homewood Children's Village (20 min)
The Pittsburgh Foundation created this film show how they are attempting to raise the quality of life in poor urban neighborhoods.
Girls of Daraja (14 min)
By creating this film, the Daraja Academy is showing the world what they are doing to improve education opportunities for girls in Kenya.
Including Samuel (59 min)
This film chronicles the Habib family's efforts to include Samuel, a child with cerebral palsy, in every facet of their lives.
Follow the Money (90 sec)
An animated short by Oxfam America, Follow the Money points out where the money we spend on gas and oil really goes.
Every Heart Matters (60 sec)
Freedom Action Inclusion Rights created this PSA in order to promote marriage equality in response to California's Prop 8.
Hunger is Unacceptable (3 min)

Shelter (17 min)
A short documentary from Austin Pets Alive about Austin's animal shelter and the city's mission to become a no-kill city.
Together We Can Make It (13 min)
Bicycles for Humanity of Colorado submitted this short documentary to demonstrate the difference basic transportation can make in an African's life.
Voices From the Field (2 min)
This vignette documents the progress of the Globaloria program, established by the World Wide Workshop Foundation, at an East Austin school.

From the Dan Marino Foundation comes a short documentary about the siblings of children with Autism.
Return to San Marcos (10 min)
This short documentary shows Cape Cares' effort to bring medical and dental care to the impoverished villages of rural Honduras.
Funny Crazy Big Cat Sounds (3 min)
Big Cat Rescue produced this film to show their mission to rescue big cats and educate the public about the plight of these animals in the wild and in captivity.
